HOW WE WORK
We work across film production, photography, creative direction, post-production and social & campaign content: commercials, brand films, corporate video, event coverage, aftermovies, recruitment films, and the occasional virtual production. Sometimes we run the whole chain, concept through final grade. Sometimes we just show up for the shoot or the edit.
Either way you get a small crew, a budget you can read, and dates that hold. There is no fifteen-person status meeting and no agency overhead riding on top.

WHO RUNS IT
Founded Über in 2013 and still leads creative direction on every job that comes through the door. The standard hasn't moved: a project starts with taste and intention, and it should end with something people feel rather than something that ticks a box on a brief.
Partner and executive producer since almost the beginning. He runs the business and produces the work: the one who turns a brief into a crew, a schedule and a number you can plan around.
WHERE THIS IS GOING
The new wing is where we develop AI-assisted production: generated film, character animation, product CGI and virtual production. The same senior hands that grade the commercials art-direct it and finish it.
Crews still shoot the work. What changes is how many good ideas survive the budget meeting. Everything ahead is spec work, made in-house to prove the pipeline. We label it that way, and it never sits alongside client deliverables.
